Thoroughly impressed!! Ordered at 5.50pm, items arrived 9.50am the following day. Delivery costs were only £2.95.

More importantly, the items (microSD cards) were cheaper than a rather larger online retailer.

Definitely recommend.

DISCRAFUL TREATMENT ... I placed an order several weeks ago, but when it arrived, there were certain items not in the box, even though the delivery Note / Invoice suggested everything was correct. When I contacted Customer Service, I explained what had happened, and the situation was handled quickly and very efficiently. The cost of the missing items were refunded, and the mossing items came to me the next working day. it was made VERY clear, the items were being provided FREE OF CHARGE, as Viking Direct had mad the mistake. I thanked the assistant, the missing items arrived, and everything resolved. However, not so! Viking Direct are now chasing me for the cost of the items that were sent, and I have now received a Final Warning. Even though we have explained the situation, they are not having any of it. They are now demanding payment .... customer service not so great! What do I do, they chase me, I stand my ground, they ruin my credit rating, cost me money in time trying to resolved the situation, or do I just pay it? Well, I will be the bigger person and pay the invoice, I will never order from Viking Direct again and I'm sure the company won't care about my review, but it makes me feel better.

Delivery went smooth, a bit of waiting on the bay to be unloaded but in general ok place. Goods in office friendly and helpful.

Very good office supplies. Ordered a hard to find flat packed floor protector- delivered quickly and reasonably priced. Ordering online was quick and simple.

They use the cheapest/worse couriers. They refuse to answer emails and they sell products from Israel. Awful company

Worst online shop ever in my life experience. I order items, they send to me wrong one. Them pick up it quickly. After 2 months they still didn't give to me my money. I called them twice, they always said 2 weeks. Over 100€ how can I get back from them. If anyone has experience of that let me know please. What I have to do with them.

Like all the others, would like to give these thieves "0 stars". Ordered some envelopes, when they didn't arrive I chased them up (by phone and email via website)... by phone:- they claimed it was delivered and I should investigate it at my end. Was made to feel like I was out to scam these plebs out of envelopes.
After 4 months no refund.
I give up.. hopefully with a few more negative reviews these A-holes would go bankrupt.

Would rather suggest going to Amazon instead- whose customer service experience is a million time better.

Oh if you're still reading this... the customer help line isn't even local rate...its charged at a premium rate. Definitely don't get what you pay for.

Will be avoiding and actively encouraging others to do so in future. Placed first order online, took my money and emailed to say they it hadn't gone through (4 hours later when their office is close and cannot dispute this) despite leaving my account and I must wait 7 days for it to come back. Now without a product or the funds to buy from elsewhere when in desperate need of the product.

Joke. Please exercise caution.
