Bought a gaming PC on Amazon and haven’t had any issues whilst running the latest games.

I did have an issue that was due to a windows update however when I contacted customer services this was quickly resolved by Zac (the same day), which was amazing considering it was during the Christmas holidays.

Amazing team and support! We wanted to upgrade the performance of the Vibox PC we purchased. The team (and Solomon) advised us all the way of the key components and the spec aligned with our budget! Shared their YouTube tutorials of how to install and offered further support if we needed it!

We contacted multiple companies for a quote for a custom build for my son who is studying game development in University we went with Vibox because they was the only company
that got back to us . my son is really happy with the build which cost over 3k and I can't fault the quality of customer service and advice . they made buying something we had no experience in a real pleasure

Purchased PC just over 2 weeks ago, ran fine for a week, then updates for the graphics card came out and I hit nothing but problems.

Took it to a local PC specialist who told me the parts where cheap and the card looks like it had been changed to display what I paid for, but was actually not, that’s why the drivers wouldn’t update. All the programs keep crashing and is now unusable.

Am in the middle of the returns process, they have requested an a crazy amount of packaging for the return and said it I don’t pack it the way they requested and the faulty PC takes damage they may withhold my refund.

So I’ve currently spent
£2250 on a dodgy PC (refund pending)
£60 on specialist to check it
£10 on packaging.

And currently without a PC to work from.

If the returns process goes well I’ll change my review to 3 stars.

But if I was them I would give my suppliers a good check.

Guess the lesson here is if the price is too good to be true, then it’s probably not true

Great Company! Bought a PC a while ago and had a slight issue caused by myself and they couldn't have been more helpful in helping me. Customer Service is also top tier very responsive. Going to upgrade with them soon!

I am reviewing my Vibox PC nearly 3 years after buying it, mainly due to my recent experience with their customer service department.
Firstly, the PC itself has been brilliant, the spec for the price I paid was excellent.
The PC has withstood thousands of hours of use by my teenage son until two weeks ago, when there began to be a clicking noise and the PC would not boot. This is understandable after 3 years of heavy usage.
I contacted customer services for advice, the PC has been out of warranty for nearly a year so I wasn't sure I would get a reply.
I did, within minutes, they suggested that it might be the HDD, gave instructions on how to disconnect and remove it, even giving a link to one of their own videos.
They were correct about the HDD, and after emailing them again, they replied very quickly with a recommendation as to which HDD to buy, again, even including a video of how to install it. Even after I had a brain freeze and could not work out how to do this, they were on hand instantly to help again, after 5pm on a Friday too!
All in all this company is fantastic and I could not recommend it more.

Bought a PC from Vibox nearly 2 years ago, and today just had a small issue. They got back to me within an hour, and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Just great customer service, cheers guys
