I usually don't like to write bad reviews of companies I work with, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Vibe65 as they have left me no choice due to lack of communication or reply to my emails.

Firstly, I receive no replies regarding when my FBA prep order will be ready. Once my stock is sent in, I don't receive any updates about when the prep will be done. I have not been asking for orders to be turned around immediately once my stock is delivered to their warehouse, but I do not get any replies regarding expected timelines or where my order is at. They have not provided me a booking system or a method to book my order in advance either.

Additionally, once my orders are packed and ready, I have no visibility on whether the product has been shipped to Amazon as the company does not provide me tracking numbers immediately. I have to chase Conor down multiple times for weeks without any responses. One time I was told that my order had been shipped to Amazon, only to find out weeks later when tracking was provided, that the orders had not been shipped when I was told they were.

I currently have stock with this company and have not received responses to all my WhatsApp communications and emails. I have no idea when my products were shipped to Amazon FBA or what is happening. This lack of communication is causing unnecessary stress, disruptions and losses to my business.
