Good software tracking the car coming to pick us up, but although we were located on the screen the driver could not find us. No problem good driver, nice attitude, got us to the station on time, but another tech glitch got in the way - the payment link message (sent three times) has still not arrived, 12 hours later. Job done, all OK, but Debug your It folks - still 4 stars though, for the driver. 5 stars next time?

Helpful man on switch the night before, driver turned up early and waited, he was very friendly to both my son and I, it was a big worry as my son is autistic and this is his first taxi alone to school, the driver got him safely there and was very good with him, I severely appreciate it! Thank you!!!

Wife and I took a taxi from middle of Shrewsbury with two small dogs to the showground as my disability meant I couldn't make the walk. Made us aware it would be £5 extra for dogs, and initially said we may have half an hour wait, which was fine by me. Taxi driver phoned within 5 minutes and asked to confirm they were small dogs, which I did. He was there within a couple of minutes and did the business. Very happy with the service and I will certainly use again when I am in the area. Thanks!

Good driver, nice man, well driven. Disappointed that, although the website says “Cash or card payments available on all rides” we weren’t able to pay by card and had to find cash.

Pre-booked & paid for weeks in advance. Collection time 6.20pm arrived 7.45pm. Rude operator putting the phone down on me when questioned where my taxi was. Taxi driver was lovely when arrived & confirmed my job was on there from 6.20pm but the drivers would rather do town runs as get more money. Avoid!! Would never us the service again.

Horrendous. Taxi arrived, great, returned the missed call and said I will be out, unfortunately had to find my rail card, yes a me problem. I was 5 mins, they had cancelled the job within 4 min which payment had already been taken, I showed the driver, he said no call veezu so I did, and put it on loud speaker, where the lady confirmed it was taken, driver was content. Before getting to the station he wasn't happy and phoned another company, he then tells half the story, and the lady on the phone wouldn't let me explain just saying can I talk and I need to pay again.

Booked through the app. £9.00 reduced to £4 due to promotion. So far, so good. Payment taken but booking did not complete.
Rang office to explain but was told no record. Office booked for me so have ended up paying £12.90 for what should have been £4.00
