I am so impressed with the service I received from VanOne. They have been available to me at every step of the process, which really helped to alleviate the anxiety that an international relocation can come with! Not only did they provide me with a reliable, affordable and friendly service, but they were also really happy to work with me in ensuring that the delivery was only made at a time that I could arrange someone to be at home. The online tracking of the van's progress was unfortunately not working, but Lennart kept me updated verbally so that I knew where my things were. My driver was Mitdo and he was so friendly and professional, I felt entirely assured that my possessions would be safe with him. Every step of this process was excellent, and I am really pleased with the experience I had. I recommend VanOne very highly!

I do not recommend this company at all and would never use them again. Initially, I was very happy dealing with Lennart and Michael.. however, when the driver arrived with our items, it turned into a terrible experience. He was rude, grumpy and totally indifferent to the damage to our furniture caused by the terrible way he loaded the van He even had the nerve to say it was already damaged before, when it was very clear how the damage was done (see pic). The only work he did was moving things to the edge of the van for my wife & I to lift off and carry up two flights of stairs. I suspect that Vanone has few, if any, of their own drivers and outsource most, if not all, of the jobs. Therefore, it is a total lottery which kind of driver you’ll get or what kind of experience you’ll have.

Moving from the UK to Germany was been greatly facilitated by VanOne, especially good communication and handling of the quite comprehensive paperwork. Also extremely friendly and helpful staff in the office and loading and unloading. Highly recommendable!

VanOne got my stuff safely from door to door. They indicated the paperwork I needed to complete, and they were very helpful and patient when I had a delay in getting my TOR approval through. The driver at pick-up and delivery was very friendly and helpful. My only criticism is of the pushy emails that start coming through after asking for a quote. Moving country is already stressful without unnecessary emails telling me the price has gone up, paricularly as I could not have booked the service any earlier than I did. Aside from that, VanOne offered a great service and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

My wife and I used VanOne to move our belongings from a two-bedroom flat in the South East of England to a terraced house in Gelderland, Netherlands.

From what I could gather, VanOne offers among the most competitive quotes for a move into the EU. For anyone who is not familiar, this requires one to navigate the EU's customs, which (practically) cannot be done by an individual. VanOne told us exactly what paperwork we needed and when we needed to provide it. We had no issues with our belongings crossing into the EU.

Other moving companies simply were unable to match VanOne's quote to me, while still taking care of the EU's customs paperwork.

I would readily recommend VanOne to anyone who is considering a similar move.

I definitely recommend VanOne as removal service. I moved from the NL to Italy. I was a bit concerned about it because I’ve seen some bad reviews but really I can’t find anything negative. Driver arrived perfectly on time , he was very nice to help me collecting everything (Rafal) . Perfect and quick communication with Leona, she was always available to help me with everything I needed. Driver also arrived perfectly on time at the delivery address! I’ve riceived a message and a call a couple of hours before the delivery time. I will use again VanOne as removal service. They really take care of your goods! Thank you again!
