We used Vale Removals this week to move house and I cannot recommend them enough. From getting an initial quote, to the in-person visit to confirm the cost, to the move itself, the service has been outstanding. We had lots of stress with a very late exchange and so were only able to instruct the team officially the day before our move, and they still managed to accommodate us. The move itself was made stress free by the team who were punctual, friendly, respectful and professional. It was a long day but the team did great, and were still smiling at the end - they made the day so much easier for us.
I highly recommend Vale Removals, and they will be my first call for future moves. Thank you Gareth and all the team!

This has been our second move with Vale. Really great process throughout. Great customer service, really nice moving team and fast workers. Plus thier boxes are really solid and delicate packing is handled really well. If we move again, we'll be giving them a ring.

I would strongly recommend TVC - they were incredibly helpful from the outset & were really flexible when our plans changed.
We had a few awkward pieces & they just knew how to deal with them.
The guys were just fantastic - they worked hard & efficiently & were incredibly careful with all our contents.

We used Vale Removals again last month to move our stuff from storage to our new home. Again the guys were brilliant, could not have been more helpful and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. Oh, and the price was great too!

So pleased to have the opportunity of leaving a review as our experience could not have been better. The process was excellent from the on line booking, the high quality packing materials, for which we got a discount, all the way to the actual move. They guys were so helpful and professional. We didn’t feel rushed at any point and they were prepared to stay until we were happy everything was OK. We will definitely use Vale Removals when we move again in January.

Fantastic job, arrived on time, carried out the work professionally taking good care of my furniture and did it at the agreed price (not adding hidden fees like others…Anyvan). Would recommend these guys to anyone and will use them again.
