The delivery/pick up and overall condition of my items was fine however I haven't had anything stored with them since September 2023 and every month since they have tried to take the storage fee out of my account. I've sent multiple emails about this but they have ignored me every time. The only reason they haven't been able to take out the money is due to it being on an old card, but it still notifies me every month when there is an attempt. Wouldn't recommend.

As an international student from Canada I had no problems organizing the retrieval of my storage items when I was finally able to to return to Brighton 3 years later. You can’t beat the pricing or the helpful staff. I contacted by email and always received a prompt and helpful response. Would definitely recommend.

Never using the service again. Terms and conditions are murky and dodgy on the website, felt like a rip off more than anything. Services were inconvenient as timeslots for delivery isn't a thing and you'd have to make yourself available from 9am to 4pm which isn't ideal. Do not recommend.

Absolutely revolting experience! It'll drain your wallet, bleeding you dry with an outrageous £8.26 for every single item you dare to retrieve, thanks to their stash of sneaky charges (and yes, they've got a one-time fee for each and every thing). And let me tell you, they're absolutely abysmal at keeping your belongings intact. Be ready to kiss goodbye to any fragile or electronic item, because it's a journey of destruction from pick up to delivery. I'm left utterly flabbergasted at how these bunglers have managed to stay afloat in the business for so long.

A year has passed, and we’re still receiving emails trying to charge us for a service I used for just two weeks last year. Despite numerous calls and assurances that my storage has been terminated and the emails would stop, the saga continues.

My belongings were neatly packed and delivered to the storage. I had some fragile and valuable items which I've requested extra care for, and the said items were very well cared for indeed. Extremely helpful staff is the icing on the cake. Would recommend.

Used Spaceman storage for Uni, and have to say the service was quite good, allowing to take extra boxes then only have the boxes used was very appreciated. Only thing I've seen as a downside is that they didn't give an estimated time of arrival the day before. It meant that I had to stop what I was doing until they arrived. However other than that, service was great. I'd like to thank Martin and the Urban Spaceman Storage team, for making it simple and easy.

I'm based in Brighton and have used their services 3-4 times. Their prices are very fair, staff is friendly however:

- it is seemingly impossible to get someone on the phone when I call them, tried dozens of times over a week and no response each time
- This last time I've used their services, their communication has been very disappointing (confirmation emails never sent, poor over all communication).

I'd happy rate this 5 stars if they had more effective communication with customers.
