Awful customer service and communication. Do not bother downloading the UPS App as it is there to simply provide false information. Terrible. Stay away and use DHL or Fed Ex in the future.

Delivering here is hit and miss but, mostly miss. Today I was told it was, "doing a courtesy", to go all the way around the yard to get on a bay that was 20 feet away. We've been coming in and using the same bay for years - it's too tight to blind it so, going the way we go still makes it tight but, good side. Been here two hours and it turns out security didn't radio through to say I was here. Useless, utterly useless.

UPS is broken, avoid using at all costs. I had a £100,000 piece of precision equipment go missing for 8 weeks - after hours of phone calls and many emails I discovered it at a UPS depot 25 miles away. The UPS call centre in India refused to arrange delivery as they said the item was lost - even though I informed them where it was. In the end it required a 50 mile round trip and a robust discussion before eventually recovering the equipment.

No care given to the safe delivery of parcels. Out of 3 parcels delivered all 3 were badly damaged over a 1k worth of damage. No remorse. The driver openly admitd they are one of the worst and recommended DPD. Unfortunately I don't have a say on who delivers otherwise I would go with other companies

I have been having many issues with your delivery service and becoming extremely frustrated with the lack customer service support. For 2 days in a row I haven't recieved my parcels, both days I was at home waiting and I get the notification saying sorry we missed you. Not a single knock or doorbell ring. If I could just have this rescheduled to pick up as your delivery drivers in derby seem incompetent to deliver an actual parcel that would be grand

If I could give UPS no stars I would, we ordered a water heater through a supplier who then passed this order onto UPS to deliver the water heater, we have no been waiting 3+ days past the promised delivery date. They're stating they have tried to phone us on numerous occasoins (which they haven't because I sit next to the phone all day), then they tried stating that they tried to ring the site contact and not the office (which they haven't as our site foreman is on the ball at all times) and now they're saying nobody was at "home", when if they actually tried to deliver the water heater they would realise that it is infact a building site, and not a house. And to top it all off, they are now saying that it was refused by site, but they can't tell us at what time it was refused or who by.... absolutely appalling service.

Disgraceful delivery service. Been at home waiting for my parcel 3 days, they kept rescheduling delivery, I saw the driver race past my house twice on a village country lane with no attempt to stop and deliver my parcel, and then I get told 'Sorry we missed you'!!!! What an absolute joke!!
I just want my parcel!!!!!
