AVOID THESE THIEVES!! Months ago I give a call to UPS customer service as I wanted to order a mattress in Amazon UK and get UPS to deliver to Ireland. I called them to ask if this was possible and I got told yes! So I order my mattress and placed UPS Kentish as delivery address. Also paid in advance UPS for the deliver. Amazon delivered fairly quick, and it appear as signed by UPS staff by someone called 'Daniel'. After a couple of weeks and reached UPS for an update on my mattress and it I never got it, they STOLE it from me. I reached out to investigation and that "smart" guy just keep asking me to fill up a form. I did it at least 4 times, sent it in 3 different formats and ways (I work in IT) and this "smart" subject had the b** to tell me it never arrived also. UPS supposedly started an investigation (I gave them exact time when it got delivered so they could check their CCTV) it was never found. After at least a couple of months of 'investigation' they decided to request proof of delivered from Amazon which AWS couldn't provided me as UPS wanted. BTW you can imagine the size of a double mattress and UPS still by magic managed to "not found it" hope the employee had a great nights sleep as it was a very cool mattress.

Jawad and the other staff within the branch went above and beyond to help me with my delayed/missing parcel.

Whilst the service from all of the overseas customer support staff and billing departments are terrible and a 1*, I am leaving this review for the staff within the branch specifically.

Within the time waiting for my parcel they receive constant backlash from customers who have been told the wrong thing over the phone from UPS support staff largely in other countries. If anyone from UPS monitors these reviews, you should invest In improving the training for phone staff as they cause your customer facing teams a lot of problems and headache.

I would have cancelled my UPS account if it wasn’t for the treatment received by your branch staff

Another vote for the worst customer service.
Shamefully bad, considering they are a multinational company.

I was lied to on various occasions, promised return phone calls that never came. False claims of attempted deliveries. Claims of parcel being on a van for delivery by the end of the day for it to not be attempted.

I was the sender, paid for premium 24 hour service, took 130 hours to reach destination with numerous phone calls and emails. I tried to get a refund for the terrible service I'd received. Point blanc refusal and the person I spoke to said there is no higher authority that I could speak to regarding the issue.

Not only the worst courier company I have dealt with, just the worst company.

Super helpful staff! I really needed a parcel for a certain day and on the day it hadn’t arrived but the staff (I feel bad because I don’t remember his name, but particularly the American man who was from New York and Miami) and his other colleague were really helpful. They took my name and phone number and phoned me when the parcel arrived so that I could go and collect it.

UPS NORWAY Bad service. My package, which was clearly addressed with name, phone number, full address and was supposed to be delivered to me in Lillesand, was delivered to an Unknown in Oslo and they do not take responsibility for the mistake they made. I don't understand how they manage to misread both the delivery address and the recipient's name or is there someone inside who steals the package and marks it as delivered?
Of course, I can document it.

Super dissapointed about the way I was treated. I really thought UPS it's a great company but now that I used their services and found out how they treat their customers I am pretty much disgusted...will never in my life use UPS, of that I am sure.

I am still waiting for a returned by the UK customs package for 8 days now and still no updates and I called UPS several times as last tracking update is 22nd Jan 2025 and one of the customer advisors, apparently a duty manager who refused sharing his name, was actually the rudest I have experienced, interrupting me, when I was literally trying to explain what happened, he spoke over me: "stop, you talk too much"...I was speechless...lucky fella as it was over the phone!!!! Insisting on his name he only said he is Navz - duty manager on EU and UK. What a waist of my time and getting no updates.

My package it's stuck in London UPS main centre, after it was initially returned locally...what a waste!

Staff manning the desk was super helpful with getting my label printed and making sure a needed image i forgot to take of the parcel was done after already dropping of the parcel. I'd been let down with parcelforce/royal mail the day before so thought i'd give UPS a try and I can now definitely recommend plus their insurance is cheaper for full coverage.

Ups is one of the worst delivery service providers. I have the worst experiences of my life. I’ve been waiting 7 days in my home to get my shipment from UPS. The tracking site said they attempted delivery, but I couldn’t hear anything at all, they keep updating the delivery time with no enough reason reschedule another delivery time. I give them a call, the customer service keep telling me the same thing and promise me with a false hope. Generally the service is awful and very disappointing.
