I’ve been facing some frustrating issues with UPS recently. The system wouldn’t let me change the assigned delivery address, nor could I select my local drop-off centre as an alternative. I even made the trip to the depot, only to find it closed—and the signage there was awful, making it hard to know where to go. At this point, I’m honestly starting to think a carrier pigeon might be more reliable. I hope UPS can improve their customer service, delivery flexibility, and depot signage, because this experience has been quite disappointing.

So now UPS Dewsbury is stealing children's parcels! My daughter ordered from ebay with her own money and on the 29th, delivery was attempted 5 hours roughly after expected delivery time. 30th came and the parcel was marked as delivered. No parcel was delivered. I called and was told the they spoke to the driver and the parcel was damaged and the driver suspects items missing so was taking it back to the depot and an investigation would be raised. Today (3rd) I've had to raise the investigation myself as no updates have been done and my parcel is nowhere to be seen! Why mark it as delivered if its not getting delivered? I did not speak to or see any driver in this whole process! WHERE IS MY CHILDS PARCEL!

I have had the same issue as mentioned in other reviews. My item has been sent out for delivery for the last 3 days and all 3 days I have got an email in the evening saying the delivery will be delayed by 1 days. I contacted the company i bought the item from and they explained it’s because the delivery driver didn’t have time to finish all their deliveries for the day so had to take them back to the depot. 3 days in a row… Poor poor planning. It needs to improve.

Extremely poor service! The company I work for spend almost £40k per year with UPS and they can’t be bothered to collect our parcels which were due for an am collection! Management tells the drivers to just leave them for next time! Unfortunately I have to leave 1 star but they really don’t deserve that one😕

Once again no delivery, as ( Supposedly ) address information required, that is rubbish, address is correct, already saved in the system, but we have had this before with UPS, fine one day, but not another day, problem always seems to be later in the day, as they want to get home to the depot in Dewsbury about 75 minutes away, UPS are 5% of our deliveries, but make up 90% deliveries failed to us, advised our suppliers they need to find an alternative in the future, one has already put the change in place as they confirmed we are not the only ones with this problem. Signed up to text notifications, ( so they have my mobile ) but never get any, so that's also a waste of time.

This depot have sent my package out 4 days in a row for delivery and still have failed to deliver, they say it's due to an "operational delay" in other words the driver was too busy. This would be a fine excuse for the first day and maybe the second if I'm being nice but the 3rd and 4th days it should have been made priority and delivered first especially as they've now had my package for a week.
Appalling service, luckily I bought via amazon so I can get a full refund but I will be avoiding UPS from now on.
What's worse is you can't ring them directly to see what's happening you have to ring national number and all they can tell you is the tracking info you can see anyway, seems a pointless job to employ someone for in that case.

Parcel had to be signed for but I had to nip out for 5 mins and missed the delivery 🤦🏼‍♂️. UPS took my parcel to the local UPS hub (newsagent round the corner) and left it there for me to collect the same day. Brilliant service, no 24hr delay and then having to travel miles to a warehouse during work times to collect. Thank you.👍
