Order coming from Spain. Got all the emails it was on the van, due to be delivered at x-x time. Tracked van in real time until it was next street away. Didn't arrive. Tracking said not available this time, then changed to "parcel damaged, will report to sender. Then another email saying they'd still deliver later. Hmm..Contacted sender who confirmed 4 days later they had not been notified. No contact by UPS, then today a box arrived. A UPS box, with an outer plastic bag. I knew right away this wasn't right, it was far too lightweight for the 2 items. I took pics and videoed myself opening the box, and only one of my items was in the box. On top were A4 sheets of paper which had previously been in the despatch/customs clearance bag attached to the outer original box sent from Spain. No longer folded, and inside the UPS box! And the weight was half what the sender/customs had declared/checked. The plastic bag on the outside contained a raggedly cut out piece of the original box which had the delivery sticker/details!!!. No contact from UPS to say where the missing item was, what had happened to it (but likely I know...) So I'll not be ordering anything in future where UPS are the courier.

Horrendous service. Was home all day for the first two "delivery attempts". Attempt one consisted of the driver leaving the package behind at the delivery hub, reporting an attempted delivery and further wasting my time by claiming it had then been left at a local shop for pickup. Then it somehow teleported back to Cumbernauld. Attempt number two was no attempt. Finally delivered on the third day by another driver.

Driver said he had attempted to deliver my package today, I was in the house. Called to request item update, customer service agent sounded asleep then hung up the phone. Takes ages to get to speak to someone and now waiting on them calling me back. All in all a pretty poor service, however I have been contacted by the Cumbernauld Depot who have advised the will deliver the item this afternoon, some good customer service from the local depot at least!

Last two occasions they have marked the parcel as 'delivered' suspiciously 1 minute before the cut off time to fudge the performance indicators. but DON'T ACTUALLY DELIVER THE ITEM' . that's what happens at Cumbernauld. They all think we're as stupid as they are. They are so ineffective they have to lie to keep the depot open.

When checking the Tracking status of my deliver I found that my parcel was at an Access Point as the customer was not at home.
I was at home & NO driver appeared!
Called UPS & asked for the parcel to be delivered today.
I was told this was not possible it would take 48 hours.
Cancelled order with the seller due to the service UPS provide.

Had an essential item that was sent 24hr delivery. Stayed in all day. Driver went to the wrong address. Noted within 20 minutes via online update that delivery was unsuccessful. Called customer services and asked for driver to return to correct address. Was contacted by the female receptionist from Cumbernauld distribution depot. She was less than useless. Had to do a 40 mile round trip to the depot to collect. Again, same female was non apologetic, abrupt, quoting policies that were inappropriate for the circumstances. It was their mistake and the driver should have called at the correct address before returning to the depot. I will be submitting a formal complaint and requesting compensation for non delivery and my costs for having to drive to and from Cumbernauld to collect my item.

Lovely driver! My parcel was large and very obviously a present from Santa that hadn’t been disguised by the sender.

Was over the moon when he came to the door first and asked if there were any children in the house before he brought it out of the van
