Two separate orders which were painful. First order the driver kept falsly marking it as "no one home" when I work at home with full visibility of the front door; ended up ringing customer service and they made it out like they were doing me a favor sending the driver back forcing her to come back and actually deliver the parcel. Delivery girl turned up and sat outside for 10 minutes not doing anything and only gave me my parcel once I confronted her.

Second time I was given a delivery slot and phoned 2 hours past the slot, this time the driver turned up straight away and apologised.

I now always specify please don't use UPS with any orders and have to explain these experiences.

Parcel went missing, went to collect and wound up with a different parcel (think my pole dancing days are well behind me). Things did not looking good! However the incredibly helpful staff somehow found my parcel. If you go see them, explain the situation and give them some time they are about as helpful a delivery depot as I have ever been to. Thanks 🙂

Dreadful.
UPS driver turned up on Friday (2 days late) to tell me he has my package but won't give it to me for outstanding import tax. I didn't have the money to hand, so he left saying a redelivery will be made on Monday.
Fair enough.

I took the day off work and waited in all day for Zilch. No redelivery attempt has been made.
The tracking hasn't even been updated to tell me where my package is. It still shows it in the country it shipped from.
I called customer services many times, and every single representative told me there's absolutely nothing they could do to help me and that I must contact the seller.

So, there's a rouge driver/s out there somewhere, not tracking their location, and lying - or being untruthful - about redelivering.
Of all the customer service reps, most of them were all courteous and as helpful as they could be. One rep, though, in particular, was strangly rude for no reason, though he was the only one of about half a dozen.

There's absolutely nothing this global conglomerate can do to find my package for me. Stupid.
There are so many 1-star reviews here. It's insane.
UPS: Pull your finger out.

Changed my working pattern to receive a parcel from UPS that I need fairly urgently.
The delivery estimate flicked between 10:15am - 12:15pm and before 19:00 multiple times... Needless to say at 19:15 I see via the tracking details that the vehicle is back at the UPS depot with no option for me to update delivery options (service is seemingly only available in the United States)!?
I tracked this van constantly from about 08:00am this morning and I just feel like such a fool... I'm wondering when and where I'll be able to collect this item without the ability to submit an alternate instruction to the courier!?

Useless, frustrating, and just plain poor!

Atrocious service all round. Initially failed to pick up the package on 3 separate occasions. Then failed to deliver the device for 9 days. Every day 4 emails were received telling me that it would be delivered tomorrow. Online tracker was completely useless. 3 pointless phone calls to their "help desk" where I was told it would be delivered tomorrow and not to worry because the package was safe. Eventually delivered on a random day with no prior notice. Package was massively damaged and item is irreparable.

Stayed home for whole day, given a specified time for delivery , 0930-1130 didnt happen. Phoned this afternoon assured it would be delivered by 7.00pm. It wasnt Wasted my day , with no means of talking to people in UPS who can sort it. They might have said early on that it was not going to happen but they care absolutely not one jot about your convenience or time.! Its of no value to them! Awful , simply awful service. Still havent got my package ! Why cant you give no stars on a Review?

If I could go into negative star rating for UPS delivery service in London SW I would. The tracking system is pointless as it tells you a delivery that’s an estimation based on what the seller needs to hear. When you then look at the tracking following this date it says a date will be provided soon. Customer service will always tell you the parcel is out for delivery by end of play and if you manage to speak to someone at the depot they don’t seem to be able to locate a parcel or tell you when it will be out for delivery. If you’re a business and care about customer satisfaction do not use UPS.

I’ve had a complete run around with UPS. First of all fabricating a delivery attempt when there has been someone at home all day. Then failing to recognise that I’ve paid customs, having to provide proof over and over again. Then being informed my package will be delivered ‘today’ for it to not turn up. I’m at a complete loss and it’s near impossible to speak to a real person. Avoid like the plague
