Currently absolutely livid with the service. The call centre and AI chat are as much use as the person in the Carlisle office who took my parcel and obviously doesn't know how to do his job!

Dropped off a large parcel (Emma Mattress) today and found that we did not have the correct UPS return label (no barcode). However, as we had a registered tracking number on their system and the "return to address", they were able to produce a barcode label for us, allowing them to accept the return parcel for delivery. We cannot thank Phil enough for being so helpful a this has allowed us to depart on holiday, knowing the parcel has been returned.

My delivery has been rescheduled 3 times in the space of one week, each day I have been told to expect it by end of day and to no avail, it's never turned up. I have taken 3 days off work to receive this delivery. Today the driver tried to deliver over an hour earlier than the designated delivery time, obviously didn't get a response.
I now have to wait over the weekend to take another day off work and hope that the delivery turns up!
Why should I take 4 days off work for the incompetence of the delivery planner?
I am now out of pocket and out of day's off from my work. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. The guy on the phone from UPS was equally unprofessional. Customer service genuinely doesn't care either.
Whatever you do. Do not use UPS

Trying to get a parcel delivered - rescheduled twice due to spurious emergency bad weather claims. No contact available with local depot, central call line useless. 2nd day off work for no reason.

Appalling company. My package was originally delayed so long that in the interim we had moved 400 miles away. I called customer services who rerouted it to a pick up location near our new address. it got to the local sorting facility in Carlisle and they took it upon themselves to reroute back to the original address. I set up a My UPS login to track it in detail and then called UPS again and they changed the address back to the one I had requested for the second time. It arrived back at Carlisle sorting facility who then changed the address AGAIN back to the original address and sent it back 400 miles in the wrong direction. I have called UPS again to ask them to sort out the useless Carlisle facility and they told me they have no contact details or even email facilities within their own company to contact sorting facilities. They have once again corrected the address which means the package will be travelling down to Tamworth and then back to Carlisle for the 3rd time. The original shipment was scheduled for a 1-2 day delivery and here we are 2 weeks later and the parcel has travelled more miles in those 2 weeks than I've done in two years. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Driver attempted delivery today but if I hadn't found the card on the path, (luckily), I would not have known they'd been to our home. The driver didn't even bother to make sure that card had been safely put through out letter box!!! What makes this worse is that I am waiting for for delivery of my wedding photos and if this is them I was under instruction to check the parcel before the driver left!!! Appalling service

Had to pick up a small envelope from a drop off location. Driver did not call at my address to attempt delivery just received a txt claiming delivery was attempted and its being taken to drop off location for self puck up. If driver did call at the address the small envelope could of been posted through letter box but no van visited the location. Absolutely disgusting lazy lie that delivery was attempted and will never use the company again,
