Claimed to have attempted delivery when they didn’t, no note, no attempt at the door, nothing. Looked on my security system and they didn’t even pull into the carpark, raised it with UPS, and they said the depo would call back. When they did, the woman on the phone was rude and obnoxious, she showed no empathy and didn’t say sorry whatsoever. I had taken the day off work for the delivery as I knew it needed a signature, and there was no apology or understanding from the UPS woman’s side. She said she wouldn’t be able to get it redelivered and the van had broken down (how convenient) but then when I said I needed my parcel today, as I couldn’t afford to take another day off work, she said I could collect it after 6:30pm at the depot as the delivery driver would have finished his deliveries then (but I thought the van was broken down…) blatantly just making up stories on the spot and made no attempt to cooperate or work anything out, other than me going out my way to go to the depot myself. I’ve since reached out to the seller and explained that I simply can’t order anymore if they’re going to use UPS, they have thankfully agreed to send using DHL or DPD from now on, which is always considerably better, as they have apparently had multiple UPS complaints and are reviewing their delivery policy now to exclude them - understandably.

Delivery due Wednesday 5th Feb. Now Friday night and still nothing except a facefull of lies "it'll be delivered tomorrow". Customer Service totally useless. Tracking pointless. They promised an update from the depot but nothing. Now over their stated delivery window for an expedited service by 3 days. Atrocious service. Absolutely atrocious. Expensive and unprofessional. The disdain they show towards customers is off the chart. They have one job - deliver parcels. And they can't even do that. Did I say they were atrocious?

Never is a UPS delivery when it says it’ll be, often moving back and forth so you never know when to be home. Cant ever speak to anyone. My parcel crossed the world yet mysteriously got delayed “due to operational conditions” AFTER it was already out for delivery apparently. Naturally, still no tracking info over a day later but I’d bet money it’ll attempt delivery the one day I’m not home next week. Avoid at all costs, only just better than Evri!

Absolutely the worst ever courier service I have ever encountered. 3 days after pick up and 51 minutes on the phone nobody at all could tell me where the parcel was and nobody could help me with the refund that need to generate to Amazon . I am sending recording of conversation to Amazon headquarters to show them what customers are having to navigate just to return a parcel . Absolutely shocking service . AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! UPS does not care about the customer!

Worst delivery service available. Three alerts to say my parcel would be delivered. Three times I drove back to my home address. Three times it was a load rubbish and got delayed. Didn't even deliver it on that day.

Look at the picture taken at 17:00, it says deliver by 19:00 yet the van is sat in their depot. Absolutely disgusting.

Give me my parcel!!!! I’ve had multiple days of saying it’s being delivered and texts updating the day and the driver literally a few roads away but they appear to be refusing to deliver it. What on earth is wrong with this delivery service.

Pretty bad all things considered.
I paid extra for next day delivery and it took UPS four days to deliver my parcel.
Their tracking system is useless, and their customer service is even worse.
Robotic sounding customer service agents, apparently unable to think outside the box, and who appear lost if asked anything which deviates from their obviously scripted response.
"Disappointed" is an understatement.

It's a sad state of affairs when you realise the awful truth, that there's a delivery company which has actually managed to provide a "service" which is worse than Royal Mail.
I found their service, and their customer service to be so very poor that in future I'll just not buy from companies who only offer UPS as a delivery option.

UPS won't stop texting me and because I am out of the country, I have to pay for all these texts. The first one says 'parcel on the way', then they put it onto the wrong driver's round once it reached their Bristol depot and texted to say 'rescheduled to tomorrow', then texted an arrival time, then texted again to say it would be arriving later - that's 4 texts for one package.

Their texts offer a link to STOP SMS - it doesn't work. You get 'opt-out unsuccessful. We are unable to complete your request at this time, but the issue should be resolved shortly.'

They have a chatline that wilfully misunderstands simply-phrased questions, then offers you a choice of phone (which immediately cuts off your call ) or email (which you can only use if you have a UPS account). Funnily enough I don't, because the French company from which I purchased the gift are the ones who chose UPS to deliver it to the UK. UPS need to drag their technology into the 21st Century. (But at least the parcel arrived in one piece).
