Not worth 1 star, I have missed 3 days of work waiting, set up an account to make my own arrangements which were not used, the call service even assured me my package was on its way, and it never came, had to phone again and still no package, no attempt for them to contact me or the shipper. I would have been financially better off to take a taxi to collect the package myself. Not what is expected of a large courier company. Even the investigation of the package is poor, after sending all the details to them, they sent me back the wrong details!!

If you need a package delivered in Cornwall do not use UPS. Their drivers don't read and follow delivery instructions. Perhaps HO places unreasonable expectations on them - too many deliveries in too little time, particularly in the summer. BUT other firms will get you your package, never UPS. Don't use them.

Useless. Support have told them to contact me as they have had my parcel for 4 days and not even attempted delivery. Held till 30th or some bs because I requested an earlier date than when it got to them. Useless useless useless even after contacting support they haven't called me to give an update

If this UPS manager doesn't step up soon, I might have to visit the Bodmin location to highlight the issues causing all these bad reviews also the workers contributing. I'm currently experiencing a delay with one of my own packages as well. I hope to see improvements in your delivery service soon; otherwise, I will consider returning any delayed items myself. Let’s hope for smoother deliveries tomorrow!!

absolutely shocking service. ordered some jewellery for a birthday on friday, they told me it was to be delivered on monday.. it wasn’t. they then told me it was to be delivered on tuesday.. it wasn’t. however, today i got a notification to say this package had been delivered to my address. i DO NOT have this package. and i have absolutely no idea where this package could be. i haven’t been provided with pictures to show proof of delivery or anything. something tells me they’re saying it’s been delivered when really, it hasn’t and they’re just fobbing me off.

they should be shut down as a company, absolutely blooming useless and their communication is shocking. sort your services out!!

The worst delivery company. I've tried over and over to change the delivery address or get it from a Drop Off location but the website just won't work. Managed to get the parcel returned to sender eventually

When was a driver for UPS Bodmin,all my customers in Saint Ives and beyond where my bread and butter,we always got on fantastic ,they put there trust in me and if I could deliver I would make shure100% that they got the parcel , even if I had to try to get back if not in ,it seems to me that the manager and staff are not giving a dam ,the reviews I have read alarm me ,this would never happen when I was a driver in Bodmin,it's time they took stock of drivers and made Shure that customers got there parcel on time ,it must be very badly run now very badly run

I've had the misfortune of dealing with UPS Bodmin for a mattress delivery. For three days in a row, the mattress has been marked 'out for delivery,' only to be 'missed' off the delivery list with no attempt made to deliver it. Today, the tracking update claims someone requested a rescheduled delivery date, but it definitely wasn't me! I have no idea what's going on. Customer service has been no help—they keep saying they've asked the depot to contact me, but I've received no communication at all.
