They’ve had my package for a week now, because the supplier didn’t provide the first line of my address. I’ve told UPS my address over the phone, by text and in the delivery instructions via their website.

UPS make it impossible to speak with anyone who can help, but someone from UPS Luton called from a mobile. They sounded very reasonable, and I provided the correct address, but still no delivery and nobody picks up when I call that number.

I suppose I’m going to have to drive there and do the job for them.

UPS appears to be more of a storage company than a delivery company.

NEVER buy from anyone using UPS!!! The UPS Luton depot is the most useless delivery company on the planet - EVERY time the have a delivery for me they email with a time, then email saying it’s delayed but will still arrive & then email at the end of the day saying they will re-arrange for another day!!!! Absolutely hopeless, they’ve had one of my deliveries at Luton for a whole MONTH now & now have another one that’s been there for a week & has been delayed & re-arranged 3 times so far!!! Absolute waste of my time & they just will not deliver. Head office don’t seem to care. I will NEVER buy from anywhere using UPS again.

Absolute worst delivery company in Bedfordshire... maybe even in the UK. Three times (different parcels and occasions) I've had the same issue with this awful depot and company. They will say parcel is out for delivery and just not show up. Twice told delivery was attempted when it was absolutely not, 2 days off work wasted. And another time that delivery will be delayed by one day which turns to 2 and sometimes 3. Pure incompetence at this depot and horribly outdated building looks like its falling apart. Avoid at all costs.

Putting aside the bad experience in getting a package delivered (or not!) I have to say that the handling here by the depot in Luton was great. Arranged for me to pick up early on Christmas Eve, the staff there were friendly and quick to get my package

The if not one of the worst parcel company.
Gives false information and waste people time.
Three days i took off work as every day they say delivery coming and then they change the status at 9pm to delivery delayed.
I booked it for collection and went to collect it after the confirmation and was told it is not ready and to come next day. What a horrible service

I can't rate less. Otherwise I would, a mobile phone, was ordered from Amazon. Unfortunately, they chose UPS to deliver it (or, in this case, not deliver it).
The package made its way through various depots until it arrived at Luton. It went out for delivery to me approx 15 miles away. 1st, it was delayed then again, then nothing.
I phoned UPS. I emailed to no avail. I raised a complaint, and they just closed it and said to sort it with Amazon.
Absolutely diabolical set up.

Two day's off work wasted, no mattress on my bed because this was out for delivery for the second day running. A total joke of a service, far worse than any other company has ever been. Never ever again will I order from any company that uses you as it's carrier. Best thing is you don't care at all for your customers. Incompetence at it's brilliant best.

I purchased a £1900 gold chain, received my delivery update from UPS on the Thursday, between 1030am and 230pm, so I had to take the day off work due to them needing my signature, so I waited...at 215pm I thought I'll wait outside the front, due to SOME delivery companies nightmare lies about nobody being home....I waited until 330pm, and nothing ....then at 430pm they updated the tracking saying will arrive same day, but by 7pm....I had to collect my child from school at 530pm, so I got a friend to come round and wait in my stead, ....7pm comes, nothing...then an update stating actually, there's been a delay of one business day (Next day)....so today has come, another day's wages lost, the time frames were identical, 1030 to 230pm...
230 has come and gone, nothing , it's now 6pm, still no update on tracking, still says between 1030 and 230pm...there's not a single phone number where you can ring and speak to a human, and TRY and get some info....all roads lead to the app or website, where you are force fed the generic info...so now I'm thinking, this isn't going to come AGAIN! with no real reason as to why, it obviously was on the van, for 2 days....I am so angry about this service , and Saturday I am scheduled to have a tooth out, so I've literally been done over, by one of the biggest delivery companies on the planet, which I thought would be brilliant when the company said they were using UPS, I thought no issues there....how wrong was I! ....I'll NEVER recommend this company again...and no doubt will get the same generic response from this review, if any at all....it keeps being taken back to the Luton Depot 🤔
