Beware❌🚫⭕ Worst service ever. It took 40 days to deliver my parcel from UK to India.
No Proper Support and Communication Provided. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
I had to chase them for my parcel as it was showing it is stuck in customs for 30 days. And they don't even bother about it. Just need money that's all.

Guys be careful!!

New update - looks like no one is willing to accept responsibility. This has to be the worst consumer experince i have ever had. Hope they will atleast refund me of my missing parcel if they have even a little credibility left. Cannot get any worse.

So far its been a month and it has not been delibered. Will update the post once delivered. Not recommended.

Another update- was told abou the issues they are having with the indian courier service. Have spoken to them and they said that they have not received the parcel. It has to be the worst experience i had ever had. Appalling!!

Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Still unaware where my parcel is 🤨 it’s been 5 weeks and over now! . Please everyone be weary when you send parcel with this company, don’t expect answers if they loose it. I have been very patient about the situation and tried to find my parcel my self and no one knows where it is.

Excellent service by the staff, Chand(could be wrong, apologies) . Never tried to sell unncessarly.Gave a WOW moment all the time. kept me well informed of all the movements of the parcel activities. Used my name. Always polite. Would recommend this parcel company to all. Price equally fair, too. The pick up was well arranged. Good luck good customer service by the staff. Excellent training given by the company.
