Awful service from start to finish, most unreliable company ever. I sent an item we chased after it for 6 months, manager kept saying we will definetely get it to your destination stop ringing us everyday. After 8 months time we were told item is missing and we dont know where its gone. we asked for refund but we were denied. The owner was very rude and aggressive, no compassion showed and no regret from the company. Til this day 1 year after still no refund given. Please avoid using this service as its happened to alot of people who have used this company.. not even worth the 1 star

Very poor service. Paid for air cargo and they says will reach in 10 days but it was 5 weeks late. They didn't send in air cargo but they send through ship and they charge for air cargo. Very unprofessionals. Send them text complaining but no reply. No recommend with this company waste of time and money

Worst service. Paid for air cargo and it was 5 weeks late. Also lots of items were missing and package was opened. Very un professionals. Send them text complaining but no reply.

Very poor service.they said the cargo will reach in 6-8 weeks this is 7th month of our cargo still not reach.when ask from the owner mr aftab he start abusive launguage and said we are not responsible you just gave us £1 not 100 pound per kilo.strong not recomend

Needed an urgent parcel delivered in Delhi, called few local freight companies but no one would confirm the time scale of delivery, but United cargo got it delivered as promised .thank you highly recommend...
