Do not recommend.

My family is in a situation where it’s difficult for them to leave a home for longer than 10 min. So I ordered the delivery to the doorstep and paid extra for it. The order itself was not cheap since it is a heavy/large delivery.

However my mother who is now forced to waste time and money going to other side of the city not once but twice and possibly more times to solve the issue with the boxes I sent and receive them.

I emailed UKayExpress and received “this happens” reply. They knew there was a possibility of “additional checking on the boarder” and did not warn the customers about it nor did they provide any support in case it happens.

Like everyone else, at first I's a bit nervous and worried even I felt butterflies in my stomach related to the very first shipment but time, service and the result exceeded expectations and I started sending more and more parcels and each of them arrived safe and sound, quite quickly between 10 to20 days. Things get worse, I used them for 2 years and service slowly degraded. Now, no more local drop off in the Netherlands, customer service is unfriendly and price increased a lot. Not recommended.
