Very new / modern facility with easy access, friendly customer service who sorted out my slight dispute over final payment.
Would have given 5 stars if cleaning & maintenance cost had been made more visible at set up of contract.
Also main gate was open on two occasions I visited due to mechanical problems however on my final visit all in working order.
Despite these minor issues would highly recommend.

Excellent, value-for-money storage with great customer service. As a first time storage user I didn't know what to expect or how to proceed. I have to say it was a faultless experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful with a good knowledge of their services and a friendly, professional attitude - they made everything so easy for me. I had a super secure and clean unit with goods trolleys on hand to move heavier objects. Plenty of parking space to load and unload my vehicle and numerous cameras stationed in and around the building which made me feel completely safe while accessing my unit on my own. I'm happy to recommend UK Storage Weston-super-Mare and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Great customer service when things weren’t right (access number didn’t initially work) phones were answered very quickly and all was resolved very fast. Lots of trollies available to assist getting items to lockup. Very secure and great location.

It was very easy to organise storage, the website was very clear about the size of container and procedures in place. I was then phoned and told about an offer that would save me some money which was great. Every time we visited the whole site was very clean and secure. I was a bit concerned about cancelling because a lot of companies require notice in writing, but I needn’t have worried one phone call was all it took. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and helpful, we would definitely use them again if needed.

A reliable, modern and friendly service, and excellent facility. We booked from abroad, and found the whole team to be super-responsive online and on the phone, including the out of hours support - which we needed due to delayed travel plans. In fact we made several changes in our plans (due to Covid), all of which were handled in a friendly but professional way.
The building with the storage units is secure and very clean - even the toilets were spotless.

Clean, well equipped and user friendly. I didn’t find the absence of on-site staff an issue, but rather being left to my own devices less stressful! - (I gather the site is actively monitored remotely) Everything worked as was described, and I found the billing easy to understand and the staff friendly and helpful.
