We leased out a unit online and when we arrived the unit was taken.
We called and the company moved us to another unit. All good.
However we found the unit to big so the company moved us to half the size.
However, when calling to find out why we are getting contacts for a unit already leased and a unit we moved out off..became a problem.
The company didn't seem to have any idea that we had moved to a smaller unit...
Did not know the number off the unit we had moved to...
The last contact we had was from a lady at the company explaining we had to tell them where we had moved to....?
It's quiet distressing to find a company that has no idea about anything...? Plus..they have your card details...

Great service from Neil, Tegan, Aiden and all the team at the Bridgwater branch.
I’d never used Self Store before, and was moving to the area from quite far, so was somewhat nervous of the process.
But the team were just excellent; they set my mind at rest with clear explanations of the process, and by patiently and politely answering my other questions. And the facility was spotless.
I would certainly recommend this organisation.

Excellent helpful service, very clean and dry lift and units. The formalities to secure my unit were seamless and uncomplicated and it was the same when I was ready to move out. I have been using UK Storage in Bridgwater for the past 18 months and the service has been excellent. The online reservation and check in service was quick, simple and completely hassle free. This was particularly important to me as I could move by belongings into the storage at a time that suited me rather than being constrained to weekdays and office hours. The overall experience with UK Storage was great. Easy to book units, there's always help if you need from their staff physically or via the phone. Clean, tidy and most impostant - felt safe. It was the best price when researching where to store my goods! Recommend!

I've used UK Storage for a number of years now. It started as somewhere to dump furniture during decorating and over time I've rented many different size of units.

It was this positive experience that encouraged me to rent an office there for my company for a couple of years until I closed it. I would not hesitate to go back there again when the need arises.

I have absolutely no complaints regarding service and have always found everyone very friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
