Very professional and reliable! We have a large cold room and one of the fans stopped working. We called some other companies before we found Bob, they told us that it will take 2-3 weeks for the parts to arrive and to be fixed. Bob fixed it on the same day we called him. I highly recommend this company!

Bob and his team installed an electriQ air-to-air air-source heat pump (ASHP) and wall-units in one room of our church halls back in August 2023 as a trial of a heat pump as an alternative to gas boilers for heating. The work was done very efficiently & tidily for a very reasonable price, and Bob returned recently to conduct an annual maintenance check, again for a very reasonable price. We can certainly recommend Bob and his team to address your domestic requirements.

Bob and his colleagues fitted our air to air heat pump at Muswell Hill Methodist Church. They were very efficient and attentive to detail, accommodating our unusual requirements. Very reasonably priced and always friendly, cheerful and helpful.

If you call an engineer he will not fix the issue it will check the issue and will change you 90£ for his 5 minutes. I did book to be fixed my fridge and he come to see it and to tell me I have to make another booking for another engineer which is 170£ so it’s better to buy a new fridge. I booked on the specific dat and they come next day, making me wait for them this 1 day extra not even apologise. Very disappointed. I do not recommend.
