Very bad service. I recommend everyone,plz don’t deal with them. Last year i send my parcel before left Uk 1 month ago.but I was on Bangladesh 1 month. But I didn’t receive. When I back uk. The product delivered my area. Again recently I send 2 big parcels boxes in Bangladesh 10th February. I received today. I am totally disappointed their service. They got us an excuse. Dollar problem. System problem. But the others cargo. Hopefully you don’t have to face this difficulty. Also I deal 6.20 per kg,but they didn’t stay with their commitment. They charged £6.50.

I posted my parcel on 25 Sep 2024 with them in Bangladesh, but until today my brother has not received the parcel. When I contacted UK Cargo they continued to lie to me. This company is cheating with customers.

I have used their service many times, but unfortunately I am not satisfied. They always say, we will get parcel with in 2-3 weeks from London to Bangladesh, but i never get within that time. It always takes 4-5 weeks.

If u want to wait 5-6 weeks for ur cargo to get ur cargo this is the best place to go. The lady that sits there is very rude. Best cargo from my experience to go to is jmg cargo. I made a huge mistake by sending it through them because it was on a Sunday and jmg was closed. I should have waited and send it through jmg cargo. If u don’t believe me just try and send it with ukay cargo and u will see.

Worst customer service, false commitment. You have to wait for your parcel to be delivered for a month at least while they will never tell you that.

Avoid like the plague, paid £6 per kg for a two week service. I made it clear that it needs to be there within two weeks. It took them 8 weeks, no apologies, no compensation, plenty of lies.
Honestly, it is not their policy.
