Nik made the process very easy from start to finish. He's easy to get hold of and was happy to extend our contract to suit us. The container was great and we couldn't have done without it whilst we were having our house extended. Very secure site and easy 24/7 access. The container was well maintained and totally dry throughout the 9 months we used it. I wholeheartedly recommend UCI Self Storage and won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Contacted Nick yesterday to enquire about a container and he was really responsive and had is booked in for today. I went with UCI because whilst competently priced with other storage companies, they have 24 hour access which was a major plus for us, because many others seemed to close at 6pm which is no good to us. We met nick at their premises and he was punctual and polite. He explained everything to us in detail including how to open and secure our container, and even gave advise on how to best look after our stuff whilst in storage. He then walked us through the process for securing the yard and assured us that he was only a phone call or a whatsapp away if we needed any help. The container was clean and dry and the premises are secured by spiked fences, razor wire, CCTV, alarm and mobile security patrol - all in all made us feel our property would be kept well secured. Would highly recommend.

We rang this company this morning at roughly 10am to enquire about a storage unit. We didn’t even get far enough into the phone call to enquire as we were greeted by somebody who sounded like they had just woken up with a hangover. They were very rude over the phone and the only words they said were “hello” and “yep” when we asked them to confirm we’d rang the right number and if they were okay. The person then ended the call and when we tried to ring back they declined the call again. Very poor customer service.
