Had my Business based from these Units and at first everything seems so secure, they pride themselves on 24hr security , guard dog, 200+ cameras etc.
however this still didnt stop the whole unit yard been broken into and burgled, 30/40 units in total were broken into, this resulted in any that stored bikes/quads or scooters been emptied (mine included).

The Security Guard who was on the night shift openly admitted he ‘fell asleep’ and the security dog was brought inside.

The first words i got from the owner (Khalil) was ‘can we keep this between us’ , no apologies or anything of sort.

after speaking to a few other victims who also had there bikes stolen, we have all been told we ‘declined’ the insurance policy and are not covered, however this definitely isnt the case.

I would suggest anybody thinking about storing there possessions here to avoid at all costs.

I must thank Alex & Daniella from reception for atleast trying to communicate and help with the situation, its just a shame the people in charge of this place arent as genuine.

I have stored with Twenty4 for 2 years, along with the storage I have my office on site, which was converted by Twenty4 themselves. The rates for offices are very good value for money compared to offices in the surrounding areas. Its a bonus that I can park there too. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Site is clean, has refreshments and has really good opening times.

Absolutely shocking customer service , due to severe health problems we had a issue with payments due to being unable to work as a result our account went into arreas after months of emails explaining our situation best we could and even upon request we received no help or support from the company to try and resolve and pay our balance instead they just sold our belongings without notifying us of doing so. We have now lost 1000's and a business we can not re start.

Do not use unless you want to lose your/business belongings over small discrepancys .

I really hope you take a hard look at your office staff who are unwilling to help and rude and quick to play victim as soon as you give the same attitude you receive back .. do not use ! Avoid at all costs! Don't trust them like I blindly did
