I haven’t used Tudor but I can tell they have spectacular customer service. Whoever takes time to reply these one star reviews needs a raise. Most of the one star reviews if not all are errors from the customer but They take time to explain everything in details.

I used Tudor to transfer my baggage of about 160kg by air to Melbourne and about 1.4m3 of sea cargo and everything has gone very smoothly and professionally. Tudor can pickup from your house but since I'm in Manchester, it worked out easier to deliver them to their warehouse myself.

Stephen, who was looking after my deliveries, was excellent throughout the process and promptly responded to my emails with the respective documentation etc.

Key thing to note for Australian deliveries is that you must have your own customs broker to clear both the air and sea shipment through Australian Border Force as Tudor only do door-to-airport/port. Cost of the shipment was also very reasonable.

Overall, I would highly recommend them.

I used Tudor Freight recently to ship my belongings from the UK to India (New Delhi). The overall experience was very good. They are very prompt in replying to emails, clarify everything in one go, and the rates were really competitive as well.

The only hassle I had to face was getting stuff cleared at Delhi airport but that was down to Indian customs and not Tudor.

Do not use this company for moving your personal belongings to another country. Their service is absolutely appalling, and I am now planning to invoice them for the back injury I sustained during the move.

I lived in an apartment with no lift and was instructed to move all my boxes to the ground floor, near the main door, to make it easier for the drivers to collect them. I complied and did exactly as instructed.

However, Tudor International sent a driver who was surprised by the number of boxes I had, claiming that Tudor had misinformed him about the quantity. To make matters worse, I was asked—as a woman—to help lift 22 boxes into the van with him. Some of these boxes weighed over 20kg!

Why did Tudor not tell me that I was expected to load boxes into the van? The company failed to communicate clearly, misled me, and provided a completely inadequate service. Now I have a back injury from lifting heavy boxes—something I should never have been expected to do. I paid for a moving service, but instead, I was left doing the heavy lifting myself.

The worst part? I have evidence of me loading the boxes.

This is, by far, the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs.

Customer service is paramount to any business, and without a doubt it's excellent at Tudor International, I highly recommend their attention to detail and walking you through any problems you would have, will definitely do business again. Specifically used their servive and sent a package on a certain date to meet a delivery deadline. Company absolved themselves of responsibility by saying it was down to a 3rd party, and nothingbthey ciuld do. Really disappointing.

Absolute scammers, do not use, loads of hidden fees and charges, and they purposely use delay tactics to charge you more, had to move some packages from UK to UAE, was charge 4 times the quote charges. Disgusting business practice.
