Simon and Danny were excellent at emptying out our 2 storage units and parents garage to move to our new home.

We have just commissioned Trusted for the second time. The first move was a short distance but this last one was 125 miles. On both occasions, Simon and his crew were careful, efficient and considerate. Packing everything accurately made the unpack slick and enjoyable. Not planning to move again, but if we do, Trusted would be given first option on the job. Simon is very responsive and he provided a quote within a couple of days of me asking. On the day, Simon and team arrived on time. Simon and team moved us a couple of months ago. Simon doesn't have a huge removals van so with us it took 4 runs over a couple of days but we were able to do that and as we had the time it meant they didn't have to pack the van so tightly.

Simon visited to quote for us and was very friendly and professional. Our circumstances changes slightly before we moved and Simon was always either quick to pick up a call or quick to return it. Very responsive and very helpful.

The actual move went extremely smoothly with great communication from Simon and the team. Nothing damaged. The team extremely helpful in packing things into the new house which was a real squash and they did a great job.

They were cost effective too.

I would recommend wholeheartedly.
