Spoke to Carl today who explained they sell to retailers, but would help if he could, there was a small part on the LED running lights that was blowing the fuse, it was the resister that had broken, but couldn't find it anywhere that sells them, he said he had one in the old spares box and sent it out to me. That's what I call custom service, he was a breath of fresh air, well done

Front Wiper Blade FB65 £16.95. Lasted less than 9months then started to strip at both ends even though we have had temperate climate over those months, and very little usage.

Rubbish product, but worse still, 3 emails sent over the last 12days and not even an acknowledgement.

Pathetic company

Contacting the seller, they tell me, as a consumable part, I need to contact the manufacturer to invoke the manufacturer guarantee under statutory rights, yet you completely ignore ALL emails. Many companys' do not supply direct to consumer, but abide by the law and good ethics - what makes Trupart so different? Poor quality product and zero customer respect, that is what!
