Terrible practices, shady. There investigators lie and say you will not be fined and even when you have proof of purchasing a ticket they won't remove the fine. So their appeal process is all smoke and mirrors, once they have your details they'll bleed you dry.

Theyre out to cause emotional distress on the public and are willing to place you in financial ruine.

They really should be monitored, replaced and shutdown.
