Terrible company. I was waiting at home for my parcel but the driver didn't even knock and drove off, leaving me standing in the street. Now unable to reach anyone. Zero customer service. Do not use them.

2 stars to be gentle. Their service is quick but they completely miss my house number and leave card somewhere else(asked 3 neighbours and nothing been delivered) . They said to reschedule the delivery in 5 days or parcel will be sent back to sender, wasn't convenient for me. Had to rush to depot 15 miles away to get it. Supervisor said they busy that's it no apologies.

Despite calling the company and advising that I would collect from its depot, they tried to deliver my parcel the next day unknown to me. On Saturday, my partner came to collected from the depot in Harlow, but was told that it was sent to the Trade plumbing , the sender. Lack of communication and basic customer service skills like a customer does not exist
. The worst experience ever from both the sender and the delivery company.

If I could give these a zero I would!!! Paid extra for next day delivery. 5 days later and I'm still waiting tried calling and noone was answering finally got through apparently delivery was attempted days ago but no card was left!? REALLY GOOD SERVICE(!)

I agree with the previous reviews - a text received stating the delivery would be between 9.20 and 11.20 today is just pure fantasy the time is 13.20 and I am still waiting.
