What a fantastic place. First time visit and extremely helpful with the ‘new driver’ placard on the window. Every stage someone was there straight away with helpful advice and guidance. An absolute warren of forklift drivers, very professional and a fantastic example of how to do it right. Whoever trained these guys and girls; brilliant job. Health and safety on site is strict and fair, and very easy to comply with. The whole process from tipping and reloading was a breeze. Loads of parking onsite and offered safe havens for rest, strapping and securing. Cafe on site too although I didn’t visit. To comply with safety rules photos from within cab so not the best but will give you an idea on the size of this place. A brilliant visitor experience start to finish. Google maps directions worked perfect - straight in without any dramas. 5*’s easily achieved and feel so much better about returning. Well done one and all.

2/7/25 another new system another hour added onto turnaround time. Now we're not even getting unloaded by our booking out time. This is the slowest turnaround out of any of the networks we run. Used to be 1:30 turnaround now 3 hours on a good night. I know the management need to make themselves appear worth their salaries but could they stop messing with the system. Every time it gets worse not better. Each time the site reaches a semblance of efficiency they decide to destroy it. All our trunks were done quicker at Minworth. They don't care how far away depots are or how late they make drivers in the morning. The previous system worked better. Edit at least the parking system is resolved to a certain extent. So far tonight taken 40 minutes to take 9 pallets of a trailer. Sometimes the efficiency is staggering

Absolutely disgusting how this company allows its " drivers " to come thundering through a small village at 3 am .I come home at that time and literally take my life in my hands with these Absolute idiot drivers .
( I am a hgv driver so I know how they are driving) . They need to be stopped driving through a little village at 3 am with what sounds like mainly empty trailers racing through the village!

It’s not good and it’s not bad all depends on how busy they are sometimes you’re in & out with in 1.5hrs other times it’s a 4 hour wait to get loaded.
