Amazing company - SO helpful! Earlier this week I was looking for something to connect an odd-sized tap to a worktop dishwasher and had NO idea what I needed - he was so patient and generous with his time, found me exactly what I needed, and it works perfectly, thank you so much!! Would highly recommend.

I needed some parts to fit a vanity basin in a cloakroom. The lady was very helpful and made the whole experience a pleasure. I will definitely use TPM again and would recommend them.

I was the only customer in the shop and they clearly didn't want to serve me. One person was 'too busy ' on his laptop and the other person was 'too busy ' (not) filling shelves.
After waiting for ten minutes I was told the price of a shower head £18, seriously overpriced. I left the and went to another plumbing supply shop in the area and bought two good quality shower heads for £15.
