Shocking customer service advertisement say 15 years warranty. Lasted 2 years. I emailed them they said we couldn’t find a warranty card, even though I have a purchase invoice. I brought it on eBay they trade as KB STAR 2006.

There feedback is good on eBay because when you receive the rads they look good, and you leave positive feedback, as I did. Avoid !! you can buy these direct from china much better to buy direct from a uk company retail shop. Avoid eBay they will not help as there warranty only covers 30days.

They have been reported to eBay.

Bought two radiators that arrived sooner than expected (anthracite traditional tall radiators). Given clear instructions to check packaging before signing for them and report package damage in comments box or refuse item. Packaging good. Also told to visually check items within first 24 hours for any damage. No outward signs of damage. Radiators look impressive, well made and come with all the fittings. Conflict of reviews on this site versus Amazon and EBay so proof will be when fitted. Plumber has said all radiators can have particles and contaminants and will require flushing through. Have fitted a magnetic particle filter before the boiler which will do the trick too. All I can say is so far so good.........

As an update.....have fitted the radiators and extremely pleased with them. They look great and really belt out the heat. So on my experience would recommend.

Three and a half year update. Still work great. No problems with performance and no leaks.

Ordered a shower screen via B&Q, it is clear someone has tried to install this and then re-packaged the item and sold to me as new. The item is scratched all over and has screws going through the metal where someone has previously tampered with it. Contacted Touch Global via B&Q urgently as the builder is here working on the bathroom, 8 hour wait for a reply to be told would I consider keeping the item with a £25 voucher!? AVOID THIS COMPANY

If I could give a minus I would. My order has been delivered to thr incorrect address around 5 miles from my house and I have been told to go and find it on more than one occasion. I did try because I wanted my order and no one was in. I have been asked to go back again and I won't. I have asked for a refund and now being ignored. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Extremely poor and bad company. Doesn’t value there customers and they leave your iteams without any notification and they will not take any responsibility on leaving your products in the rain. They speak to customers like very rudely and speak down on you. Please don’t buy from this retailer and they part with b&q and don’t ever buy from this company. Avoid this retailer as they don’t value or deliver

One of the worst customer satisfaction reviews I've ever done.
After spending a decent amount of money on a radiator, it arrived damaged/warped.
We simply requested a replacement as we liked the style,
However they didn't trust us and requested proof.

Following this, we sent them the pictures against the wall that it was going to be set on.

Once we eventually got through to them, and they finally believed us,
They didn't offer us a replacement, or refund, but instead they said they can give us £50 and we can go find a welder who can resolve the issue?
Considering a welder would Charge (minimum) double that for even considering to do the work, we also had to be the people to reach out and resolve the issues which we didn't cause.

We are still having ongoing issues with them almost 10 days later and they aren't responding back,

B&Q are also shocked and helping where they can, however uli don't think they should be selling thelis company products after. The hassle and reviews of other people, who are having the same issues.

SunDaze Bath Panel ordered on 28th July it's now 9th Aug.

No bath panel received and still waiting for my refund its 4 days past delivery.
I bought this through b&q. Maybe they need to drop this company looking at it's reviews. There not very professional

Finaly recieved an email to say I've been refunded but it can take 14 days. What an absolute joke.
I'll never use B&Q or this company again.
So all in all it will be a whole month from ordering the product, receiving nothing and no correspondence until I asked where the item was, and getting my money back

Order value of over £1500 goes missing after it was apparently delivered to an extremely busy high street without prior consent from myself. Customer service team EXTREMELY RUDE, illiterate and unwilling to help. Just keep telling me to contact the police. AVOID!!!!
