Booked a taxi transfer from Edinburgh Airport home to Alloa and it was an actual nightmare journey. They came to pick us up in an events bus which probably shouldn't be on the road. It was falling to pieces inside and out and there was empty booze cans under the seats. And charged £70 for the privilege, will not be using again or recommend to anyone.

We used this service to go to Gleneagles yesterday. Our driver was Joe. He was prompt for our pick up and very flexible about our return journey time, even trying to make our collection as easy and hassle free as possible.

Very polite and good conversation during the journey made our day knowing we had safe travel back from the venue.

Got a Tilly's taxi from Edinburgh Airport to Alloa this morning. Very prompt service. Our driver was Kenneth, what a lovely man. Pointed landmarks out throughout the journey. Will definitely be using this firm again.

Phoned at 10:30hrs. Told that pick up would be 15-20 mins. Called back after half an hour (11:00hts) & assured they would be with me in 5mins. Eventually came at 11:20hrs & car reeked of cigarette smoke!!
