The experience of using this company was 5 star from start to finish. We ordered our carpet and booked in a date for fitting. We were then ready earlier and Torpoint Carpets brought our fitting date forward. Lee and Billy fitted our carpet and did a brilliant job. I'm absolutely delighted with the flooring that Barry of Torpoint Carpets has laid through the whole downstairs of my house. He originally laid the flooring 3 years ago and came back to restore and extend after water damage last year. The downstairs toilet now matches the rest of the flooring throughout. The whole team were brilliant and Barry can't do enough to ensure that everything is perfect. His communication is great, an absolute pleasure to deal with and I'd definitely use him again. It's good to see that there are still decent and honest companies and people around. Thank you.

Got there in the end!! It’s all about the recovery shot and top marks to Nikki, Brad and the team for making it all right on the end.
