Their new E block of indoor units have been infested with rodents for the last year, my textiles stank of ammonia from pee and I found poop pellets on my pillows! I actually caught rodent mites from my own merino wool winter quilt which led to 3 visits to the GP and steroid creams and pills. My dry cleaning and launderette bills have been huge. I must have spent well over ÂŖ5,000 in total using their storage but no more. Other people have had things chewed and destroyed as well. The business do not care. Several of us clients have gone elsewhere. On top of that I lost around ÂŖ2,250 due to a "recommended friend" of the manager there messing me about on a sales deal. Ever think you've earned the right to be a valued customer? Not here I'm afraid
