I join what is apparently quite a long list of people who have encountered poor and dangerous driving from TopSpeed couriers. Driver of YB24 GHF, driving dangerously on M3 and M25.

Was leaving Clifton Moore on the outskirts of York yesterday evening, headed toward a round about in a 30 zone travelling 20 when one of Topspeeds drivers was pressuring right up behind my car and proceeded to honk his horn at me, putting the minor in my vehicle in distress. After following me around the roundabout, on the subsequent road this same driver continued to hold close to my vehicle and overtook while other traffic was oncoming in a manor I would deem unnecessary and unsafe. Definitely would never use this service after that.

If I could give zero stars I would. Angry just does not begin to describe how I feel about this company. I am a farm vet who spent 14 hours taking blood samples from 550 cattle. Top speed were supposed to collect the samples, and get them to the laboratory as the samples are time/temperature sensitive. They were given 3 contact phone numbers, the address and what3words location. No one turned up that evening, despite a phone call to confirm they were on their way. Someone did come the next day, but due to needing to charge the electric van that could only travel 140 miles at a time, the bloods did not reach the lab on time. The whole lot are scrap. We now have to re-do all the samples, meaning handling all the cattle again, paying staff, never mind our time. The farm is also closed down by APHA until the bloods can be done again. I am absolutely livid. I sincerely hope the drivers are sacked, and our practice, and the farm are compensated accordingly for all their suffering. This situation needs to never ever happen again.

Exceptionally bad drivers found one parked half in a normal space and half in a disabled space forcing the disabled driver to park in the hatched area (see photo).

Nice woman on the phone but 15 minutes later the driver still hasn't moved I urge everyone to not use this company.

Edit I will be forwarding the photo to the council so they can forward the appropriate fine that you deserve.

Attrocious drivers seem to think it's acceptable to block other people in when parking their vans. Would not recommend.

I parked around three feet behind the van so I had space to get out, then, after an unrelated vehicle has been parked behind mine, the van driver has reversed back and parked inches from my bonnet making it physically impossible to move my car.

I don't know if it's company policy to park like an entitled D, but right now I'm looking at a courier van carelessly parked in a disabled spot. Considering people don't tend to stop being disabled for the Easter Bank Holidays, I wonder why this driver believes the opposite.

Very dangerous driving from van PJ73 FJF skipping through lanes with no indication at Topspeed, reflects badly on the business.
