I had to call in this morning to sort out an issue I had with a tool I had ordered. ( parts missing )

Purchased a waterproof external 13 amp socket from here, but unfortunately it was not suitable as the socket was not central to the cable outlet, I took it back and the two young members of staff were exceptional in their help to get the problem sorted. I was really impressed with their help and patience. One very happy customer.

STOCK NOT UP TO DATE!
Went for cuttuing disc and been told there is zero in stock however on the website still says 20+ available for collection at any time!! waste of time!

Always a positive experience visiting the Weston Toolstation branch. Wanted to thank a member of staff for her friendly and helpful customer service earlier today. I was in need of my item which I had ordered a day prior that arrived into the store but wasn't unpacked and processed yet. Alisha took the time to look through a number of boxes to help search for my item to save me from having to return to the store again some hours later. She didn't have to do this so thank you for doing so!

We regularly shop here, the staff are always very helpful, which is refreshing these days. I am not good with computers and these guys consistently go the extra mile.
