Excellent service as always the staff in this branch are very helpful and always give advice or try to help unlike the other less screwy peeps, I order online and it’s ready to collect in minutes, even more often my busy shedule makes me the ten two guy, keep up the good work gang ❤️ nice touch with the Toolstation club gets you 5% off if you spend over £75 a month plus little raffles and promotions are good for trade workers or expert diy experts like me ?

Want to thank the lad behind the counter, I asked him if he had a plumbing part I showed him and said no very politely and he then had a hang on moment with a lad next to him. They got me a potential solution from a foreign kit. He saved me a lot of hassle. Great help and very pleasant tooz we had a joke about late night requests. Bang on service ?

They were the only store with the DIY item that we needed, but the staff member I dealt with didn't make me feel very welcome. He might have been having a bad day, but the way he looked at me made me feel uncomfortable unfortunately.

Very good prices and always excellent service. Friendly, knowledgeable and non patronising staff, always ready to help, no matter if you are a tradesman or an old lady looking for stuff! The click and collect service is lightning fast, of which I have become very fond of and they always deal with returns with no problems at all. Their paper catalogues are great to have handy and you can check online if the items you want are in stock or not before you head to the shop, if they are not in, you can always click and collect later or have delivered. Highly recommended!
