Misleading Information & Poor Customer Service

I purchased a courier course with this company after speaking with their team, who assured me that I could use the course to become a courier with my car. However, after going through the material, I found that it only focuses on working with a van, with little to no guidance for car drivers.

When I requested a refund due to this misleading information, they refused and instead asked me to provide proof that I had attempted to get work using the coursecompletely ignoring the fact that the issue is with the course content itself. I’ve followed up multiple times, but they have yet to respond.

Their customer service is unhelpful, and they do not take responsibility for providing misleading guidance before purchase. If you’re looking for a course to become a courier with your car, I do not recommend this one. They will say what you want to hear to make a sale, then refuse to give a refund when their course doesn’t deliver.
