Great customer service! quick responses and efficient delivery. I used the Today team for an urgent shipment having been let down by our existing carrier and have to say I was impressed! The team are great Beth and Michael were very helpful especially and responded almost instantly and the price was very competitive a lot better than other same day carriers which took me by surprise as I have used same day carriers in the past and know the ball park figures quoted. I had notifications all through the shipment from pick up to delivery and POD emailed as soon as It was dropped off which makes this a lot easier when customers do want a proof of delivery as I get asked on a regular basis. I will definitely be using them again for other shipments and can't recommend them enough.

When a supplier delivery date let us down on urgent parts to Carlisle, Today Team stepped in to save the day with same delivery from Middlesborough to Carlisle taking 5 hours from first point of contact.
Absolutely brilliant service from the entire team, from quote, to booking, to delivery, we were updated at every step and at an amazing low cost. Highly recommended.

Genuinely fantastic service. The Today Team responded to an urgent request for support within minutes of the referral being made and had dispatched a driver with the hour! Great service from Today Team! Called up at 5:50pm for an urgent delivery the next day after being let down by a different courier. Mark was very informative and helpful with me on the phone. Parcel was collected at 8:45am from Warrington and delivered to the customer in Manchester by 9:30am.

Will definitely be using Today Team again if we ever need same-day delivery and will be recommending it to everyone.

Rang Weds 17:00 with a panic job, never used these guys before. They organised my collection , said they'd be here by 07:00 Thursday , arrived 06:59 , bang on. Package delivered in City Centre London by 11:20. kept me appraised all the way , great price and fantastic service that delivered on on their commitment. Definitely recommend them .
