All went really well.I reached the TNT depot and I was greeted by a member of staff, very friendly and respectful. He made me sign the visitor's book and we respected the social distancing rules.He told me where to park my car, where to wait and collect my parcel. I gave the member of staff "Sorry I missed you card" and another member of staff brought my parcel. Very good experience. It wasn't crowded and the waiting time wasn't long. Whenever you pick up a parcel from the depot, you just need to ensure that you have a proof of ID (driving licence is perfect) and they will give you your parcel.

I'm sure staff at this business are trying their hardest but it's not Amazon.
Business critical package not made on Saturday before noon, delivery not dropped with neighbour despite request on the front door.
Called around 12.15pm, no chance of a delivery BEFORE Tuesday!!!
And I can't collect because it's on the van still.
I then try and arrange the delivery via the website for Tuesday, through gritted teeth, website errors and advises me to call customer services with a code. I call customer services a little after 1pm and they're shut until Tuesday.
Forward wind to Tuesday, website still giving error, I call their customer service centre around 7.30am, and after a call to the local depot (Luton) am advised a delivery WILL be made on Tuesday.
End of Tuesday, no delivery. Make arrangements to pick up from the depot myself, on Wednesday, a 40 mile round trip.
I have asked neighbours to wait in, I have asked my partner to wait in. It has cost me time, money and favours.
This organisation has some serious failings not fit for the modern age. I will never use this courier again.

Depot staff great, especially the guy in the Gatehouse he was very helpful.
The delivery experience though was dreadful as my very expensive delivery was put on the wrong route, so the driver was trying to Grove Road Houghton Regis not Dunstable.

Try to avoid TNT,
they said my parcel will be delivered Friday. Didn't happen.
After I got a text Saturday saying that the parcel will be delivered that day, obv didn't happen and no updates on the Web site

I wouldn’t recommend it at all 3 weeks to deliver our document, home office made a decision within 3hrs, TNT took them 3 weeks to deliver, every time you try to call them have to wait for another 1hr 30 min for someone to answer you and they will say sorry wrong department, the worse experience I ever had with a delivery company is this one with TNT
PLEASE DONOT USE THEM & DONOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE

Attempting to trace a package that should have been delivered 2 weeks ago so phoned this depot. There is a message that says "Goodbye" and the phone goes dead.
