We used Titan Taxis for pick up and drop off to Heathrow Terminal 5 and the service was nothing short of fantastic. We had 7 suitcases travelling with our 2 young girls and Sayed went out of his way to help load the car, even down to installing the car seat.

Service was super timely and it was nice to be picked up right from arrivals.

I highly recommend this business which I used for an early morning airport run to Heathrow from Grays with Sayed. Sayed was friendly, professional and very helpful. He communicated well and kept me updated on my booking. The day before my pick up he messaged me a reminder. On the day of the 4:10am pick up he messaged me that he was 5 minutes away and arrived at 4am so there was no need to rush. He was a great help with my luggage and with the tips and information he gave I could tell he was well experienced. Overall I give 5 stars for customer service, professionalism and reliability. If you’re looking for top quality service with no disappointments go for Titan Taxi 100%. Do not hesitate, I will certainly be using them again. 😁
