Neil, among staff is friendly. I had to use 3 times in 4 months. Encountered issues in 2 of those attempts. The people at help desk on emergency lines are not very helpful and information they give is not consistent. One of the issues was to do with SMS which was resolved with a bit of delay for which Neil was apologetic and was resolved with half an hour wait.
Storage is clean, locks are provided by titan. Also found the storage pretty safe when compared to others I have used in the past. Price is similar to others.

We had several problems with our move (nothing to do with titan). They could not have been more helpful sorting things at their end for us involving other family members who were helping. Their service is outstanding. As for the storage itself, it spotless and well lit. Plenty of trollies to use. The security is excellent. Would highly recomend.
