Pleasant business park a short distance from junction 8 of the M11. Lots of small businesses in recently refurbished buildings set in a large park.
Large car park (must enter car registration at reception) and a pleasant cafe with vegetarian options.

Second time I have been to Thremhall park cafe. Both times I have had the quiche with salad which was very good. A very popular place which gets busy in the morning. They have seating for around 20-25 people. Great prices, recommended.

If you're ever considering a training event/conference then look no further. Immaculate location, beautiful surroundings with the best kept lawn for miles! Staff are friendly and professional and the rooms have all the modern equipment you need. There is also a cafe which is great. 10/10

I went to the cafe and had an excellent lunch by very friendly staff who are pleased to see you and their service is superb. Parking is easy including disabled and its free as long as you register your registration number at a small computer in the cafe. If you don't you will be heavily fined and there are lot's of notices, except at the disabled parking area and there is no signs going to the cafe which is very bad as I am aware of drivers being sent notices and because they didn't know as there were no signs at the disabled park and no signs going to the cafe. Disappointed that after joining Thremhall Park on a monday, finding the internet insufficient (wifi dropped to 7mbps which i screen shot and sent to them) and issuing notice on the friday, that i have been offered no form of refund to the 1.5 months paid in advance.

I was advised that I could have tried a wifi booster, yet i deem 7mbps for wifi at different points in the day to be well below acceptable.
It's a basic expectation to have better wifi than at home and it feels like a breach of contract, as the service was well below par and boosters should already be installed where needed.

Cafe is good and staff pleasant there.
Offices are clean and comfortable, but the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in the adjacent offices and the noise from airplanes is a little bit like the scene in Waynes World where they sit at the end of the runway.

Thremhall Park is fine if you want to access the internet for emails. Not if you need to work through fire walls and join zoom calls without delays to audio etc.

Be very careful with signing anything with Mantle.
