Exceptional. Moved from Dorset to Ayr with three months storage. Office team could not have been more helpful. Removal teams just got on with it with amazing efficiency and having travelled to us through the night. Thomson Removals was the best decision of our move.

I’ve had a self storage crate at Thomson’s for a few years and find all the staff very obliging and helpful, so when I moved house this year and needed to store all my belongings for a couple of months I asked them to do both my removal and storage. I had everything packed, labelled and ready to go on the day, and the guys only took a couple of hours to load everything. It was all duly delivered on my requested date, with no damage whatsoever. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Thomson’s for great service.

Thomson stepped in at the last minute for our house move. I was a bit nervous at first as they just quoted based on an online list, without coming round. I was worried I had underestimated how much stuff we had and it would either not fit in the vans or would cost more.
I needn't have worried. Aimee gave great support whenever I sought help, and laid my nerves to rest.
On the day of the move, the team turned up bang on time and literally were incredible. Good humoured, polite, incredibly hard working, and just got on with it. I was staggered how quickly they did it, and not one grumble or accident.
I would DEFINITELY recommend them. A BIG thank you to all the team X

Brendan and Mark were simply amazing. They made a move from a 4 bed house to a 2 bed bungalow manageable. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and their constant reply of ‘no problem’ to any request from us. I definitely won’t be moving again but if I did it would be Thomsons I’d use. Just a shout to the girls in the office who were extremely helpful through the whole process.

Moved from lanarkshire back to north ayrshire with a 10 day in limbo period back in July. We decided to pack our own things and use the pick up, store and delivery service. I can safely say that the service we received was absolute second to none. The guys were so so helpful and nothing was any bother. Even having to take doors off hinges and insert some furniture through windows. Only 1 small breakage out of a 4 bedroom home. Deffo would recommend this company and I would use again.

We cannot praise this company and the men highly enough. We recently moved from Glasgow to South East of England and our experience of Thomson Removals was superb. The men were smart, polite and respectful, very hard working in terrible weather conditions and nothing at all was a problem for them.
