Still trying to cancel my order...
Not sure what happened but have been with Thomsons for around 3-4 years or so. At some point over the past 6 months to a year their service quality has literally plummeted. Broken eggs, milk foils popped with a sloppy delivery thumb I guess and now when trying to cancel their service I get no response.
I see they've passed their customers off to Mills Milk but without guarantees the drivers are different I've had enough. If only I could cancel...

It started of well but it's a pain to cancel the subscription. I'm still recieving milk, juice and milkshake on a weekly basis that I haven't ordered, and they're chasing me for money for said items. I felt like I was doing a good thing by supporting local businesses but never again.

The customer service and delivery is shocking. We have been getting milk delivered for over a year and when it arrives. Over the past few months milk has not been getting delivered and no contact from the company. After calling and being reassured they will deliver today on a friday. Still no milk. Go with a different company.

i have been with them for about a year n every couple times a month they wont deliver the drivers are useless but ive still to pay for it, ordered milk and bread got the milk no bread or if its just milk i dont even get it but stuff takes the payment, and woke up this morning to go to door and collect my milk and guess what as per usual, NOTHING there but ill still be charged for it. ill be going with someone else i think.

Thieves who wrongly took almost £40 from our bank account back in June and have not returned it. They have admitted that this was their fault and would issue a refund. Despite chasing them up several times, 2 months later, I still have not received my refund. I have contacted their office on 3 different occasions, each time the 'correct person' has not been present. They have taken my card details twice, still no refund. I called this week and was assured someone would call me the next day, still no call. Shocking customer service. Will never use again.

Not only do Thomson diaries like to milk their cows dry but also their customers too!!

In summary you get asked by a wee lad if you want to support a local farming business.
You sign up with a direct debit and they deliver for a few weeks and then stop!!
You contact them and they say there has been a mix up in the delivery run!
Still no milk appears!
You contact to cancel and get told the accounts person does not work on the day you phone but will phone back, they never do!
You phone on your phone and no one answers!
Use an unrecognized number and they do and surprisingly the accounts person is not in.
One can only assume they are on long term sick due to anxiety and stress as looking at reviews from everyone else this appears the part of the business that is in most demand and they clearly want you just to pay for thin air!!

Don’t go anywhere near this company lies lies and more lies they don’t tell you about delivery charges on top of milk prices only after questioning about costs the tell you they have been more or less charging double of the price quoted since 2019 till few weeks ago they then said they would refund the extra costs and then choose to ignore calls to them staff very rude and incompetent to the point one member ask after eventually getting through to them Do You really need the money. Well obviously not as much as this company does The also said that staff member was let go (aye ok then!) a before do yourself a favour don’t go anywhere near thees charlatans

We had a nice canvasser call saying they were a local business wanting to return the "Milkman" to Britain's doorsteps .

I fully support this , and placed an order with the gentleman .
The products are very expensive compared to leading chains of supermarkets, but we need to understand the cost of fuel to deliver these items and also 21st century running costs of a local business inflate what the consumer pays since our trusty milk float graced our roads. It should be worth it though, and support our local Milk Man is a priority!

However, after he left with my order placed , I researched and they are certainly not a local business like the canvasser mentioned, they are in fact hundred of miles away and a large business.

The milk etc never arrived ...they did not show up. I was quite shocked by how poor this company treats it's customers..

I do indeed wish we could bring back an honest and reliable Milk man, but I did not find it with this company at all.
