Convenient post office counter with twice daily collections. Post office Counter is open 9:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 1pm Saturdays. Closed Sundays.

Absolutely agree with previous feedbacks. Unreasonable and rude stuff. They told me that I can send the dhl parcel with them , but they do not guarantee that I will receive the notification, nonsense! I contacted dhl services they said that it is absolutely impossible, once the package was scanned you have a notification by e-mail or sms. Avoid this store

Avoid this post office. I carried two heavy parcels there, only to be told after waiting in line that they couldn’t be accepted because the day’s collection had already finished. Staff saw me waiting with the big parcels but made me wait until I got to the counter to tell me they can’t accept them. This happened twice with the same parcels! Completely unhelpful and uninterested in providing even basic service.

Rude, unhelpful, unreasonable. Today, 12:30 went to drop parcel with my little one, used the pram to carry it and it was raining too. Soon as I enter, no “hello” the worker says to me “which company is it”
I told him it was parcelforce, he said we do parcelforce but we won’t accept yours as it’s too big. Measurements : 60x40x34 cm. I explained to him that I made the journey to their shop and it is a rainy day. He told me in sarcastic manner that he can see it’s a rainy day, and that they won’t take my parcel as there is no collection on Sunday. That they can accept only Monday- Friday. Then why state on your website that you work on weekend, if you don’t? I read all the bad reviews prior going there as well thinking it can’t be that bad. It really is that bad. 👏

They lie to your face about opening hours - especially weekend hours. Every single time you ask, they say something different. Open whole day, open till 1pm,12pm, closed. I have heard it all.
I have submitted a formal complaint to royal mail and would encourage others to do the same

Be careful with their opening hours! It says open every day but they won’t accept your Post Office letters etc on same days! Not even mentioning the horrible customer service 🫠
