Hannah and the team at Wigan are so helpful around deliveries - I had an urgent need for 4 sims that the post office said they couldn’t deliver - Hannah checked the CCTV to prove they hadn’t been then watched like a hawk until they came back and phoned straight away do I could set up my equipment just in time for a major client - they are all super friendly and do what ever they can - highly recommend

We have used The Storage Team Wigan a few times now. All staff are always very friendly, helpful and communicative. Nothing is too much trouble. Our stored items have been securely cared for. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The staff really can't help you enough! I had a large unit & needed to move to a smaller one, with very little notice, but the team made the whole experience really easy. Hannah even helped me to move some of my furniture over to the new unit! Graham, Hannah & Kyle have all been really friendly & extremely helpful with any questions or requests I've had.

The building is really secure, always extremely clean & tidy, it also has a kitchen stocked with tea, coffee & the occasional tub of muffins (all free to use).

Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Storage Team Wigan to any of my family & friends!

Fantastic customer service! All staff are very helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and tidy, kitchen available with free coffee & tea. Also sell boxes, bubble wrap and other items which made our house move so much easier and stress free!
