I used The Storage Team for just under a year and I can say they were absolutely amazing! They were very helpful with my show round, showing me a few options and talked me through everything and was incredibly friendly (I even got a very cutesy gift bag with some delicious chocolate and a mug haha!). The place is easy to navigate and it’s very affordable and spacious, I had loads of room spare even when I had 20 boxes in there. If I ever had any questions the team was fantastic with their communication. It was also incredibly clean and well looked after, not to mention they even provided a few free boxes which really helped me out! Could not recommend them enough!

Great customer service by Kerry and Georgia. Kerry talked me through the offer that is available at the moment and discussed different storage unit options so I could make a choice. Georgia helped me through the form filling process via email which was good. Both team members were able to answer my questions as I went along.
We will call in after Christmas to have a look around.
Online form system to sign was a bit tricky but I was given the choice whether I wanted to go into the store and sign. I managed it though.
Also took up the offer of storage protection through The Storage Team. Seemed quite pricey but better to be safe.

The team here are amazing!
I move house in 2 weeks time and started buying all my furniture but hadn’t sorted where to store it.
I called up and asked if they had anything available for that same day for approx 2-3 weeks. They told me to come anytime and we can sort it same day.
When we arrived we got shown around the different options and facilities. We were all sorted within 15minutes and even gave us a little welcome bag.

I highly recommend The Storage Team Selby and I will be using these if ever needed in the future.
